I’m well into my 36th week of pregnancy. I’ve barely documented ANY of this pregnancy, which I guess is normal if you’re on your third. I cannot believe how quickly it’s flown by-it’s been a whirlwind.
I feel good but BIG! I think it’s always the same with the last 4 weeks to go. Getting up to go to the bathroom at night is actually just a pain and sleeping is getting less comfortable (though don’t get me wrong I totally still sleep like a rock thanks to two toddlers!)
We had our 36 week ultrasound and checkup this week and baby looks good-big head (no shock there) and measuring about 85th percentile. Ellery came with us for the appointment and she’s getting SO excited for the new baby. While she is convinced and completely sold that she will have a Sister, I’m really thinking it’s a boy this time around. Mostly based on the photos and just the general feeling-so similar to the pregnancy with Everett. Boy name suggestions?!
Here are some sonogram images below (not the greatest or easiest to see, let’s be honest). But we will take what we can get at this point!
The one below is one side of the face-you can see the forehead, eye and cheek.
A little bit of an odd profile.
The lips and nose looking from below and up onto the face.
As things start to wind down, we are finishing up the nursery, I’m making some lists and packing the hospital bag and reviewing the birth plan. It’s crazy to think we will have this new baby here in a matter of weeks!
I was lucky enough to be asked to be a part of a Bump Envy feature for Well Rounded NY and it was posted a week or so ago! Here are some of the images they used (and really some of the only photos of me with a bump during this pregnancy, whoops!)
