I was recently asked what I might be needing for our third baby, due in about 6 weeks (yikes!) and so I thought I would share that list here:
I couldn’t live without my Ergo 360, so that definitely had to make the list again except now the folks at Ergo came out with the “cool air” version, which would be perfect for this summer babe!
I lived for this swaddle with both Ellery and Everett and can always use an extra. I was never one to use an actual swaddle blanket because our babies were pretty sizable and strong, so this provided enough wiggle room for them to be happy while also keeping them snug and happy!
Dohm Sound Machine (need I say more?)
Our house might sound like a jet engine is running but if it helps everyone sleep, just call our house Airport Labinski.
Motherlove is one of my fave brands-not only because I really appreciate the ingredients and brand but because the products are actually amazing. The sitz spray was a life saver after my birth with Everett. I didn’t love the idea of an actual sitz bath (nor did I feel like I had the time to do that) so this spray was a perfect option. Their nipple cream is the only thing other than pure olive oil that I found successful to ease those early days/weeks of nursing/pumping. I highly recommend both end up in your hospital bag and on your bathroom shelf once home from the hospital.
Although I feel so lucky to have amazing hand me downs from both Ellery and Everett, I like to have something special to bring home the new baby in from the hospital. I’ve only had cold weather babes in the past to having the option for less layers and just a simple onesie is great! I love the Makie brand and am thinking this outfit will be the perfect choice to bring the new baby home.
We love our double jogging stroller but with a third baby in tow, I know I will need to have something a bit more portable to put the two older kids in while I still wear the new baby. This stroller is durable enough to endure being thrown around but light enough that I can handle it along with three kids.
